   We are proud to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all original artworks. The price listed on our website is the final price for the artwork, and no additional shipping or handling fees will be added at checkout.
2. Packaging & Protection
   Each artwork is handled with the utmost care and packaged according to professional gallery standards. We use high-quality, acid-free materials and reinforced boxing to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition, regardless of the destination.        
3. Fully Insured Delivery
   For your peace of mind, every shipment is fully insured. In the rare event of damage or loss during transit, we take full responsibility for resolving the issue and ensuring you are not at a loss.
4. Order Processing & Delivery Time
   Processing: Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within [3-5] business days.
   Delivery: Shipping times vary by location, but most international orders arrive within [7-14] business days. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your artwork is on its way.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
   While shipping is free, please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the artwork price.
6. Authenticity Guaranteed
   Every original piece comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity, ensuring the long-term value and provenance of your investment.

     10. Art is for Everyone: 3-Month Interest-Free Installment Plan

We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the joy of owning an original, hand-painted artwork. To make this possible, all available pieces in our online store can be purchased through a flexible 3-month installment plan—with absolutely 0% interest and no extra fees.

How it works:

• 1st Installment (Deposit): Upon receiving your first payment, the artwork will be removed from the shop and moved to our secure archive so no one else can purchase it.
• 2nd Installment: Paid one month later.
• 3rd Installment (Final Payment): Once the third and final installment is successfully received, your painting will be carefully packaged, certified, and shipped directly to your home with free worldwide shipping.

Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that circumstances can change. If you wish to cancel your installment plan at any point before the final payment, we will refund your payments minus a cancellation fee.

• Cancellation Fee: Equivalent to 10% of the artwork’s total full price. This strictly covers administrative costs and the period the artwork was reserved and unavailable to other buyers.
• Refund Processing: The remaining balance of your payments will be securely refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.

Late Payments and Grace Period

Each installment must be paid on the agreed-upon monthly date. To accommodate unexpected delays, we offer a 14-day grace period following the due date.

• Automatic Cancellation: If a payment is not received within 14 days after its due date, and no alternative agreement has been made, the order will be automatically canceled.
• Policy Application: The artwork will be returned to the online shop for public sale, and the standard cancellation policy will apply (a refund of your payments minus the 10% fee of the artwork's total price).
